Cancellations
- Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been processed or shipped by the seller or merchant.
- If the product is out for delivery, you may choose to reject it at the doorstep.
- Cancellations are not accepted for perishable items such as food or flowers, unless the item is defective or damaged.
Refunds & Replacements
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, report it to our customer service team within 2 days of receiving the item.
- In case the product is not as described or does not meet your expectations, please inform customer support within 3 days of delivery.
- Refunds or replacements will be approved after verification by the seller/merchant.
- Products covered under manufacturer warranty must be addressed directly to the manufacturer.
Refund Processing
- If your refund request is approved by Ifra IT Services, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.
- Refunds will be made using the original method of payment.
